The Navi of the Operator, Aura, Tara was actually created by John as a birthday present for Aura. Because of her origin, Tara has tremendous respect for John, but she see's Taelinn, John's second Navi, as weaker version of herself. She shares Aura's dedication to be better than Taelinn and John, and willingly joins Aura as an Officals Navi. Her skills are that on par with Taelinn's, which was able to help her and Aura climb to the top of the Official's 2nd National Department. She was originally designed as a basic Humanoid Navi with no special features, which because of this, she has gained complete respect from her subordinates. A cheerful Navi at times, yet stern and direct, Tara will finish what she starts while finding a way to save as much people as she can.
